Tina Wang is a Silicon Valley native and has worked in the IP field since 2006.  Ms. wang focuses her practice on various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters.  She has counseled a wide variety of clients, from solo inventors to start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.  She has experience in fields such as artificial intelligence techniques, blockchain technology, database technology, networks, navigation technology, mobile communication, electronics, semiconductors, integrated circuits, touchscreens, audio plug-ins, synchronization technologies, collaborative e-platform, data transfer and storage technologies, emulators, search engines, cameras, mechanical devices, nano-technology, and green technology, as well as a variety of other technological areas.   

Ms. Wang is conversationally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and understands Taiwanese.  She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
